Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 10 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for both:

  • Defective products

  • Non-defective products

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be returned within 10 days of delivery.

  • Be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Include all original contents.

  • Be in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products with broken or removed seals.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence.

  • Returns received after the 10-day return period.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will process your refund in accordance with this policy.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for all approved returns unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as RegenXMD is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges.

If you need a different product, please place a new order after your return has been processed.

Restocking Fees

RegenXMD does not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Processing

After your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 1 business day.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a refund:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

NO PARTIAL REFUNDS
