How RegenX MD Water is sent out, where we deliver,
and what happens if there’s an issue with your order.
1. Shipping
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and carrier rates.
We use real-time carrier pricing to provide the most accurate shipping cost for each order.
Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier selection. Estimated delivery times
are shown at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Wholesale and bulk orders may follow different shipping terms,
which are confirmed during order processing. Our research supply logistics are optimized to provide the most reliable rates through USPS and UPS for all domestic orders.
Dispatch & Delivery
As part of our sterile solution delivery process, once payment is completed, your purchase is packed by our team and handed to the carrier. We keep one product in stock and fulfill from a current tested lot. We aim to move parcels out quickly, but timing can vary with workload and carrier schedules.

Orders are shipped in discreet packaging.

Larger orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on size and weight.

We ship via UPS or USPS and provide tracking once your shipment is on its way.
Service Area
We currently only ship within the United States.

2. Cancellations, Returns & Replacements
Important: Under our laboratory shipping policy, and due to the nature of the product, we do not accept physical returns of any kind—opened or unopened. Issues are handled through review and, when appropriate, a replacement or credit will be issued.
(Because this is a sterile, lot-controlled product, cancellations and returns are very limited.)
Order Changes and Cancellations
We begin processing shortly after payment. For that reason, once an order is in progress it usually cannot be changed or cancelled.
If you notice a mistake (for example, an incorrect address), contact us immediately with your order number. If the parcel has not yet been handed to UPS or USPS, we’ll do our best to help, but changes can’t be guaranteed.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If something arrives broken, leaking, missing, or different from what you ordered:

Contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number, photos of the packaging and product (if applicable), and a short description of the issue.

We’ll review and, if warranted under our policy, arrange an appropriate replacement or credit.
Refund Eligibility
Because this is a sterile product with controlled lots and expiration dates, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong quantity, or similar reasons. Any adjustments are considered only for documented damage, loss, or shipment errors, and are handled as replacement or credit at our discretion.
3. Delays and Missing Packages
Slow or Stalled Tracking
Weather, routing changes, and carrier issues can occasionally slow a shipment. If tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us with your order number and tracking details and we’ll follow up with UPS or USPS.
Marked “Delivered” But Not Received
If tracking says “delivered” and the package isn’t with you:

Confirm the delivery address on your order confirmation.

Check with your front desk, mail room, or receiving department.

If it’s still missing, contact us with your order number and tracking details.
We’ll help start an investigation with the carrier and review next steps based on their findings.
